Part 2: Whore
Part 3: Madonna
Part 4: Resistance
Part 5: Death
We meet a young girl as she experience that her body and life are treated differently from her brothers. With the help of Hailey Noecker's poems, we get to see her from girl to women progress through oversexualizing herself, desexualizing herself, and finally being betrayed by her partner, even though she has given up everything to be with him. She deals with her grief and anger by planning her revenge. The opera wants to explore the Freudian-complex and its contradiction when both the whore and the madonna are always punished, no matter how they try to adapt to the game plan.
